Glass & Glazing
Specialist glass and glazing systems engineered for performance — warmer rooms, quieter homes, safer openings and lower bills, year after year.
Triple Glazing
Triple glazing takes the performance of a modern sealed unit a significant step further — three panes of glass separated by two argon-filled cavities, with Low-E coatings on the inner surfaces. The result is thermal performance that's hard to match by any other glazing approach, and noise reduction that's noticeable from the first day.

Premium Insulation, Premium Quiet
It's the natural choice for new builds, passive-house projects, exposed coastal or hillside properties, and homes near busy roads, railways or flight paths. U-values as low as 0.7–0.8 W/m²K are routinely achievable, well beyond what double glazing can offer — and worth the upgrade when comfort, energy efficiency or noise are top priorities.
- Three panes with two argon-filled cavities
- Low-E coatings on multiple surfaces
- U-values as low as 0.7–0.8 W/m²K
- Dramatic noise reduction over double glazing
- Ideal for new builds & exposed properties
- A++ BFRC rating achievable

Excellent U-Values
Triple glazing routinely achieves U-values of 0.7–0.9 W/m²K, significantly outperforming standard double glazing. Combined with thermally broken frames and warm-edge spacers, A++ BFRC ratings are readily achievable.
How To Verify
Look for A++ BFRC ratings and confirm the centre-pane U-value with your installer. Ask whether the unit uses two Low-E coatings (one on each cavity face) for the best performance.

More in Glass & glazing

Double Glazing
A-rated double glazing fitted in uPVC, aluminium and timber frames — the modern UK standard for warmer rooms and lower bills.

Low-E Glass
Low-emissivity glass with a microscopic metal coating that reflects heat back into the room while letting daylight pass through.

Laminated Glass
Laminated safety glass — bonded with a tough interlayer that holds the pane together when broken, for security, safety and sound control.
